Boonsboro Greenfest – Held Annually in May – Large craft festival held in Shafer Park. Approximately 200 vendors focused on recycling, eco-friendly products, and methods for sustainable living.
The National Pike Festival – The Annual National Pike Wagon Train – Held Annually in May – Authentic covered wagons pulled by horses and mules travel along Old National Pike re-enacting the experience of those who helped open the West by extending the Baltimore-National Road to Cumberland. The re-enactors depart from Clear Spring on Friday and arrive in Boonsboro’s Shafer Park on Sunday.
Boonesborough Days – Held Annually in September – Join the Boonsboro Historical Society as they host the Annual Boonesborough Days in Shafer Park. The event is filled with craft and food vendors, antiques and collectibles, demonstrations and so much more! Admission is FREE!

Boonsboro Trolley Museum – 214 N. Main Street
The last remaining (non-active) trolley station in Washington County houses artifacts and pictures from the trolley system’s heyday a century ago.
National Road Museum – 214 N. Main Street
Slated to open in 2020, the museum is dedicated to The National Road – America’s first highway.
